We recently launched an assessment on Product Growth Skills at pmcurve.com. There are 25 questions in the assessment and all of these are objective. The test is designed for PMs, growth PMs, and founders.
Some of the questions are numerical (like creating growth projection), while others are conceptual. All are from the relevant topics to the real PM job.
The median accuracy that we have observed so far is 50% with >95% of people scoring less than 70%.
Invite you to take the assessment. You have to login first. Once you finish the assessment, you get the final score and where you stand (like the graph above).
I recently got invited to do a podcast episode around Product Growth with Malthi SS.
In this episode, we discuss:
1) Why product-led growth should be renamed as value-led growth
2) How traditional functions of acquisition, value creation, and monetisation have merged when it comes to the internet products
3) Which skills does one need to pick at various levels of growth PM- IC PM , Product lead, and Product leadership
4) How to create the right growth function in the org. Where do companies go wrong in doing so!
5) My favourite case studies of product growth from India, and what we can take from them!
along with few more :)
Give it a go here!
That would be all for this post.
Thank you,
Deepak
