Great article. But an observation - Though many organization would say that speed of execution or execution efficiency is their strategy, which fails the above litmus test. But in reality very few organizations are able to trickle down their strategy to the nth team member. Hence they loose out on execution. Litmus test is a good indicator but there are plethora of other variables at play between strategy building and its execution.
